The service

getworth lets UGC creators publish a price calculator page, share quotes and create invoices. It is in open beta, so features may change, and some may be added or removed.

Your account

You are responsible for your account and for what happens under it. Give a real email address and keep access to it. One person, one account.

Your content and your responsibility

You own what you add: your page, prices, photos and invoices. You allow us to store and show it so the service works.

You are responsible for your prices, quotes and invoices, for their accuracy, and for following the tax and legal rules that apply to you. getworth provides tools, not legal, tax or accounting advice. A calculated price is an estimate based on the settings you chose.

Acceptable use

Do not use getworth to break the law, to infringe someone's rights, to send spam, to upload harmful or misleading content, or to try to break, overload or get around the security of the service or other people's accounts.

Free and paid plans

getworth has a free plan and a paid Pro plan. The price and what is included are shown on the Plans & Billing page before you pay. Payments are handled by our payment provider.

The service as it is

We work to keep getworth running well, but we provide it as it is, without promises that it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or lost income, and our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem.

Ending your use

You can stop using getworth and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk.

Changes

We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Using getworth after that means you accept the new terms.
